Trains depart every 7-10 minutes.
Purchasing tickets will reserve your place on a train for a particular time frame. All tickets are first come first serve. We recommend buying tickets early online. You can also purchase tickets at our ticket station once you arrive, however, you could experience very long wait times for available trains.
To purchase tickets: Select the date and time on the tickets page that you would like to visit The Christmas Train. Print your confirmation and bring it to the ticket booth at least 30 minutes before your selected time frame to receive a boarding pass. Advance tickets are sold in 30 minute time blocks, so your ride will begin within your selected time block.
Advanced tickets are non-refundable. If the train is not operating due to inclement weather or mechanical difficulties, a ticket booth volunteer can assist you in exchanging them for another night.
